How much of that run is off-road, singletrack type stuff?

Most of it is totally off-road but the first couple of miles from and to my house is either footpath or cycle lanes. And there are walkers along the coastal path at Bangor. All pretty scenic tho!

Its all pretty gentle stuff though - I was out yesterday afternoon and met absolutley no one in the woods!

Good stuff. Will have to give it a blast some day. When you say off-road, is it gravel paths or what?

Just about all the route through trees is plain old earth. The coastal path is tarmac and a wee bit of beach!

It might not compare to Tolly this weekend but its not a bad wee trip! Ill be happy to meet up if I can
