This first did the rounds a year or two ago, forum regular and MTBrider newshound TimH picked up on it and then any mention of it on the net promptly disappeared!
Well Truvativ parent company SRAM are having a big news day having just inked a major equity invester in the shape of Lehman Brothers Merchant Banking and naturally they want the newswires filled with Sram only news.... So they've wheeled out every press release and "project" leak they can think of, hence the re-launching of http://www.magicmechanics.com , a "whacky" off the wall attempted at corporate viral marketing.
What's it all about? Feck knows.
Will it change the world as we know it? Doubt it.
Did the suits from the equity investor realise what they were getting into? Most likely not.
Will we remember it next week? Nope. So enjoy it while it lasts.

The new 2009 Commencal line up was officially launched this weekend in Adorra alongside the Atherton dominated UCI World Cup event at the Vallnorn Bike Park.
