Young guns and seasoned vets round out a star-studded roster of freeride/DH rippers for Team Cove Bikes (http://www.covebike.com) 2005.
"We've got a super solid team - a foundation we can build on for years to come," says Cove marketing manager Gabe Fox.
Leading the youth brigade is Geoff Gulevich - with a standout film segment in The Collective (http://www.thecollectivefilm.com) - and Kenny Smith, a talented trail builder pioneering Whistler and Pemberton lines the big boys are backing away from.

"These are smooth, fast riders who like to go big," says Kona/Sombrio pro Dave Watson. "Gulevich is a young generation rider with progressive style and I think Kenny will bring some of that Prince George flavor to the Cove."
Speaking of new spice, PG downhiller Kevin Bartowski also brandishes Cove colors after racing the Australian series with impressive results over the winter.
Internationally, Cove Bikes continues to break borders with top Irish downhiller and Red Bull Rampage charger Glyn O'Brien. The team also adds Australian racer Rohan Gearing to its arsenal.
"Australian downhillers are some of the best on the scene right now. Gearing is a ripper who is committed to the sport after recently coming back from injury," Fox says.
From downunder to sea-to-sky, Cove Bikes teams up with Sram to cosponsor a Whistler based team. The Cove/SRAM crew includes top rippers Tyler Morland - of Crankworks fame - Adam Bilinghurst and Chris Dewer.
"Overall I'm pumped with the team we've put together this year and I know that the crew is ready to send it," Fox says.
