  18. Davagh Loop 26 miles

    The long version of the Davagh run starting and ending in Cookstown, 6 miles of road on the way up as a warm up. Takes in all the trails, there is a double loop of the Middle Run in this one, that one trail also has a couple of alternatives within it that are not on here. Motionbased link here

  19. Tollymore5: Non-stop. 10 miles

    This is the tracklog for the Tollymore 5 run, this particular day was done more or less none stop. Link to Motionbased tracklog here The run starts and finishes at Parnells bridge and is exactly 10 miles. It takes in the main five full runs of Tollymore from the very top to the very bottom....
