Any Bap Munchers out this weekend on Saturday or Sunday, in fact anyone else. Wouldn't mind a run out for few hours round Bangors finest trails.

Say meet at the Pitstop around 9.30am? A decent hour of the day.

Morning munchers, been hearing a lot of stuff about training and tyre choices - keen to see how your doing in preparation for the big race ?!!?? (wasn't sure how the right tyre would help you push up the fire roads.....)

Mr P had trouble pushing up the tow-path from Shaws bridge to the Cafe, I think all the excuses he brought with him slowed him down a lot, although it did make us go quicker - in the oppisite direction

Not to mention all the servants and local kids who live in a cardboard box in the village cause property is so-so expensive.
