Is anyone goining to Davagh this saturday for a spin as i was thinking of heading there but dont know the trails,is anyone about that i could tag along, Thanks

Hi will be there just not sure where the quarry gate is?
The last time i was there i stopped half way up davagh forest and cycled arround for bit but didn't find any tracks, so it will be cool if someone is there to show arround :)

Follow the main road to lough fea out of cookstown. Take the first left (junction on a corner) once you leave the 30 mph limit. Follow that road all the way to the end (5 miles maybe?). Turn right at the T junction (your looking at davagh). Follow the road a short distance and the quarry gate is the gate on the left opposite the quarry....funnily enough!

that's not the way i was going there at all, no wonder i never seen the trail..
I went there thru the Omagh road and turn right there somewhere near a car wash and go all the way up thru really small country roads and farms.
I'll try that way this time. cheers.

haa working flat out ! Was over at grandas the day working, might get out on tues...MIGHT!

Thanks Dave for showing us around Davagh it was great to get out on some new trails, that trail with all the big jumps is mental ive never seen the likes, anyway i hope i can return the favor if you get time to head south to wicklow some time.Thanks man.
