Try
Banagher or Davagh
Throough Claudy over the Speerins into Moneyneany
We had a few D City rider regualars before in Davagh
I recall them stating i was 20min to Banagher plus 10 mins to Davagh.
Banagher is a big loop of forest track with nice climbs (very senic) 27KM loop
Davagh would be XC single track with techincal bits trown in( current theme ramps!) 20KM loop you do few in reverse.
Try Google map, you looking for Davagh Road or Tullybrick Rd.
This will take you the Daperstown side of Davagh.

Thanks for the replies...
I have been on Trail Badger and I am aware of these places...
The problem I have is that most of my mates that do have bikes are all roadies and dont wanna get hurt MTB'n... So I would like to meet up with guys that head out regularly or even join a club.
I like both XC and DH but prefer DH, bumps n' jumps

ballycarton would be the best place for dh in the aera. theres a few on here that ride it most weekends. the main dh run can be a bit hard to find as its a fairly new run so would probably be best to meet up with us some weekend. me and another guy are heading out on saturday if your free. all the clubs down this way is more towards road riding as far as am aware.

Thanks to the lads for giving me an introduction into DH at Ballycarton... Dont think my bike is cut out for what you guys were at.
Plus I knew I was in for a different experience when you guys showed up in fully body armour and I had my hard tail and a helmet lol.
But still loved it... Think until I find some money somewhere I think I'm best suited to XC and minor DH stuff...
Cheers Guys...
