Goning to do 2/3 full loops of Conlig > Lords > HT > golfyclub > Conlig.
!st run warm up , 2nd full blast " want to see how long it takes us ,for this 12hr thingy"
Going to start doing mid week runs too , [ need Ben + his run keeper thingy on this one]

Jacko, a few of us are going for a run on Thursday night, meeting at the Pitstop 6.15pm and depart 6.30pm sharp. Going round the mines and not stopping. Anyone interested?

Should be fine for Sunday.

Can't do thur either, but will be up on friday afternoon and sunday if nothing gets in the way, maybe a bever run on saturday. Not that I'm in trainning, just I'm out regularly on my bike unlike sunny day cyclists :P

Incidentally, the entry fee for a 4 Man Team is 220 euros which is about £46 each.

Cheers to the fellas that turned up today , sorry i bailed but me calf was killing me and it was'nt till i got home that i noticed the rest of the blood on my hip, managed to take a chunk out ot that to, dont know how but hay ho See yous next week not sure what day that will be but will let yous know , will be out mon/tues eve'ng if anyone interested
