Saw this on trailbadger and was wondering if anyone was here recently. Not sure if I want to spend a day trying to find trails that have been destroyed or have disappeared etc.
Always on the look out for something different

just get your bike to the top and head down along the cliff path ridge. there's plenty of trails in tip-top nick up there.

Sounds cool man, aye well finding the trails can be hit or miss I usually just go to a place and if I have no map or there are no locals, Ill spend half the day noseying about.
Then the next time I come back Ill know whats there and hope to meet someone.

do not start at the lake- its a waste of time because of the amount of trees down on the trail, i was up there recently and had to turn around because of the amount of trees blocking the trail, but the views from the cliff path are beautiful.

You can start at the lake and head right, leading down the cliff edge and onto the deforested area. It gets steaper there and then you go into the trees for a nice wee blast down a twisty fast line. Best trails are over Ballycarton tbh if you come from far away.
