Use an adjustable spanner and bend it back - apparently. Give On-One an email to see what they suggest.

When I had to do this to a frame I had, I heated the hanger up with a blow torch first to make it a bit less brittle, before I went at it very slowly with an adjustable spanner. I don't know how much difference heating it really makes, but it worked for me so might be worth doing if your not fussed about the paint. If you can get your hands on a proper hanger straightening tool, it will be a better job than using an adjustable though.

Use vice grips, and just gently ned it back into shape, although Luke's blowtoch idea sounds good as well.

I've got a tool for doing it, screws into the hanger then theres a log arm which you use to bend and check against the rear wheel for straightness in all directions

The hanger tool Simon speaks of is what you are looking for.
