Have a go yourself if your anyway mechinacally mined it should be straight forward. Jack, set of axle stands, a few sockets, penitrating fluid (wd-40), jimmy/crow bar job done ;)

Jack the side up that requires the part fitted, remove the wheel, axle stand below the sill/drop sill, then remove the jack. Take out the two bolts that go on the inner side front & rear of the wishbone, then remove the nut on top of the bottom ball joint. Once all three requirements done, pry the balljoint out of its position (or bang the housing it's in with a hammer to break the bond/fixture fitting) as it's a tapered fit. Then drop the old arm out and refit with the new. When fitting the new one, you may need to put the jack under it at the ball joint to allow u to tighten the nut in place incase it turns the whole thing. Simple easy as 1,2,3.

Or if ur really really really stuck, back against the wall, I could do it for u (maybe) if u have all the parts.

PS are you sure the strut aint bent or the wheel etc isn't damaged?

Im tempted to have a go but my brother is adamant that he wants someone who knows what they are doing to do it (its his car and he's paying so im really not worried either way)

Cheers for the offer Smurf but ill wait out and see if we can get sorted before calling you on it!

They are simple to do as Drew says. I have done loads of them myself a 306, Subaru Impreza and not so long ago 2 for the front of my accord.

Give it a rattle worse case is you get 90% of it done and you need someone just to finish it off.

make sure your new wishbone has the bushing on it, as 9 times outta 10 the old one needs burnt off. It's a D shaped bush that allows articulation of the wishbone against the chasis rail.
