Try talking to kenco spares http://www.kencospares.com/contactus.php in belfast.
They may even be able to tell you how to fix it yourself and what part you need, failing that im sure they can get you someone local to fix it. Ive found with most white good its just a matter of swapping out components as most stuff nowadays are throw away jobs. Try searching online against the model number and fault as most likly someone else has had the same problem.
