Chucky that sucks man, but is it not best not to get it back @ all. If its recovered and been damaged, smashed up, joyridden it will never be the same motor, whereas if it not recovered @ least you get its current value.
hope it works out for ya either way

Try putting a post up in one of them boy racer fourms Jon44w.
Same thing happened a while back on rallyforum where a member got his rally car stolen, posts were put up on rms and jon44w and he got the car back.
Best of luck to you

It was prob one of the ones from jon44w that stole it!!
Stick a post up on rms tho and there's also a stolen thread.
If you aren't a member I'll put it up for you if you want.

True. I got both my wife's car and my car stolen from the house. Got one back and never saw the other one again. Got full value for the one I never saw but had to get rid of the one we got back, for a big loss of dough.
Tough break. Be prepared for a flood of claims on your insurance too, that's happened to people I know. Car details go round all their mates to put in claims for property damage, whiplash, whatever

WHAT ??
Please explain
Oh, Chucky how'd they get your keys if you were in work ???
Anyway that sucks dude !!!!

Car's stolen by joyriders, they rake it about & wreck it, then give reg number to their mates who claim it knocked down their fence, dented their motor, generally did damage to property and claim off your 3rd party insurance.
It's the car that's insured not the driver which is why 1 driver can have multiple policies for different cars

Keys where under a counter where i work. They came in and took them.
I could divulge more, but putting my reg into google brings up this thread.
So it might be someone who's in your place from time to time if they knew to look under the counter for keys?

Sorry to hear that Chucky - just be careful how you word your insurance claim. If there is any hint that you were negligent by not keeping your keys secure then you can be assured that your insurance company will use it to either reduce your payment or not pay out at all.
I assume that the keys were actually under the counter away from the public or in a locked office ;)

Keys where under a counter, in an area where customers shoudn't be. Indicidentally an area filled with covert cameras as there had previously been a member of staff stealing.
