Anybody recommend a chiropractor type person to fix my back? Pref south down. Hurt it in Rostrevor three weeks ago and it seems to be getting worse, rather than better :(
I want to ride my bike again
Physios in Newry Clinic may be worth a call.

My dad had problems with his back after a fall, said that Newry Clinic was very good and they also advised him to do tricep curls, apparently this helps to stretch the muscles in your back .
He says he's alot better now and I think he has been doing this for about a year now.
Hope this helps :D

Think there is chrio beside real cycles and you get discount if you are an mtbrider regular

Chiroprator: "complementary and alternative medicine" = quack.
Go for the physio.
All in my opinion of course ;)

Physios are good for what they are for... but I fell and have damaged something important (as in is so painful when I apply pressure, something must be broken) so would rather have a doctor examine me first. Will try Dr Rebain, cheers Johnny.

You've been to hospital or your GP and had it checked, right? Thats your first port of call...

Seconded for Richard Rebain. He is also a trained physio. On first consultation he recognised that I needed physio treatment so he referred me to an excellent physio and didn't charge me for the consultation.
