I'm heading off to southern Scotland trail centers in July and want a helmet cam to record my rides. Any good choices under about £60? Not looking to spend too much.

For that budget, I do what I do, get a standard digital camera that has a good movie function, a tripod mount, and stick her on your helmet visor. Works well, far, far better than any budget helmet cam.

I use an old Fuji E550, aka "SketchyCam".

Im looking at the GoPro Digital Hero 3 on CRC. It's 98 quid.
Is it better to put the camera on the handlebars or on the helmet.
