Did you report these problems to Winstanley when you first became aware of them? Also, who told you about these problems, was it a bike tech in a bike shop?
If you havent told Winstanley about the problems you may need to produce a reciept of the repairs you have had to get done. So, when you contact Winstanley you will have proof [ well, kinda ] that there were indeed defects.
The problem you are facing here is that Winstanley is on the mainland so sending your bike of for repair may cause you more hassle than what its worth.
My advice would be to travel a few extra miles past your choosen bike shop and get an expert to look your bike over. Real Cycles is the place you need to go for expert advice ;)
send t to oj tuning in england
There's no such bike tuning company in England called OJ Tuning, not that i can see anyway. A quick search on Google brings up OJ tuning however, thats for cars and what not! There's also a photography website called OJ Tuning.....lol strange that!!
Anyways, i hope you get it sorted man ;)

Why do you keep asking people for advice and then just ignore it ??
People told you weeks ago to take it to a bike shop that does mountain bikes. They can give you free advice or a quote to fix it if needed.
If its going to cost you they should also be able to tell you if its a build problem in which case you should be able to get it fixed and bill Winstanley for the work. You might have to offer them to fix it first but unless its megabucks they wont want to courier to england and back just to fix a small problem..
Hope that helps
Hannas and cyclezone are more of a road bike shop/warehouse

yea, the two main mtb suspension tuning comps are MOJO Tuning and TF tuning. Chain Reaction Cycles also do suspension servicing.
Just stop thinking, dont go to bikedock, go to steve in real cycles and he will tell you if it needs to be sent to MOJO/TF/CRC. If it does he will send it off for you and then set it up for your weight/riding style when it gets put back on the bike, stop messing about running around the country when Real cycles can diagnose and fix whatever problem it is themselves without you needing to worry about who's liable for what, id say steve would even sort out that headset/spacer problem for you if you want to spend the extra money on it.
Just get it fixed properly and enjoy riding it :-)

downhilldude, Derek in Cycle zone is very good all though he is more into road and xc stuff. I'm sure he gave you reasonable and sensible advise, he probably also told you he couldn't repair the fault and if you want it fixed correctly send/post it to MOJO tuning or send it back to your dealer as the bike is only new. There's no sense slagging of the bike shops as they all specialise in their own fields and i'm sure they will give the best advise they can given on the information provided and how it's put to them. IMO.
As previously stated, try and take on board what advise some of the more knowledgeable guy's give and don't keep asking the same Q's.
We're all trying to help as it is a small community of mtb rider's here on this small island.

You ride a Kona? take it to a kona dealer, Bike Dock aren't one to the best of my knowledge.
The thing is, that any work that needs done under warranty should be done by the shop you bought it from, ie you should send it back to Winstanleys if there is a fault. That means paying the postage to england, but thats the drawback from buying online.
Steve at Real cycles is a Kona dealer and may help, however he may (rightly enough as you didn't buy it from him) charge you for the repairs. He might also advise if the suspension is set up right (proper spring rates etc) but again, if you didn't buy it from there...
The money saved might not look like such a bargain now, but it should be easy to sort out. Go to a proper dealer, and they will know the bike and probably not scratch their heads or send your stuff to england to seat a spring properly!

I don't need to see this bike to diagnose the problem. I've diagnosed this problem about 5 times now on this site, one look at the headbanging video confirms my diagnoses. I've also point out the steps needed to correct the problem, as have at least 20 other people. But this boy point blank refuses to take the advice and just keeps asking the same question over and over again.
For this reason I'm not getting involved. There are plenty of shop that will sort this, but Real Cycles is not one of them. We simply do not have the time to deal with customers who ask for our help and advice yet totally refuse to listen to a word we say.
For the last time...
The solution is easy, it's simply a case of getting the shocks setup correctly, which will mean a much lighter spring out back, no air in the fork pre-loads (if they they have air pre-load) and most likely softer springs in the forks too. Bike Dock can do this for you no problem.
Now, stop asking about this.

seriously start listening to advise...the users of mtbrider are all very helpfull people who will try their hardest to give you the help you need...you dont need to open about 20 threads to get the help...one would have been quite enough...this problem should have been fixed weeks ago if you had of listened!
