KY works quite well, but tbh - just spend more time with her, self lube for the win :D

I found the wet one to be better over the dry one. Seems to hold the lube on the chain alot longer.

This (http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=2608) stuff is the best. The self cleaning thing actually works. It penetrates right down into the links and rollers and you wipe the excess off. Therefore theres nothing to attract dirt. I used Finish Line wet lube and ended up degreasing my chain every few rides cause it got jammed up with so much crap - but with Rock n Roll - I clean it about once a year and in between it stays nice n shiny. You just reapply it once after every ride and it does the cleaning and lubing at the same time.
