Keep the wheels you got on you stinky until they fail you, the s-types arnt bad to start off with, when you've them buckled to the point they of no return then you can start looking for a better set, at the minute stick with what you've got.

thanks mate...ps my spring at the bottom where the rebound is the spring feels loose when you move it..and when you do a jump or bunny hop it rattles and clunks.should this do this...and when you try and harden or soften the shock via tightning the spring it is extremly hard to twist..but the treads look fine...the only way i can seem to addjust the spring is by a tool...its a van r.. thanks very much jonny

take it to your LBS and have them take a look at it, couldn tell you exactly whats wrong without looking at it, could be a shock bush (doubt it if youve only had the bike since christmas) causing the play. the spring not moving could just be dirt.

no not dirt...feels like it is on the wrong thread..but cant see it..does it matter if i use a spanner or something like that to tighten it up with..one more thing is it ok to wash you r bike with car wash and wax..thanks for getting back to me..jonathan..

Iys ok to wash your bike with thats stuff but make sure and keep it away from your disc's as you could contaminate your brakes and your brakes will be useless.
I clean mine just with muck off and water.
