Hi
I've had enough of trying to work at the bike in a tiny shed, I need to get a garage built
Can anyone recommend a good builder? pm me or reply here if possible

You'll need to submitt for planning if the the site hasnt been approved for a garage in the past £300-500 time line 2-3 months these days.
Once approved then a drawings to building control £2-400 2-3 mths again!
But once all has been done very straight forward.
Drawings will work at £200-£400 approx pending on garage size.
Trade resources straight forward:
Construction work 4 weeks max. ( just depends on the finish of building)
or
place a temporary building needs no approval. 5 year life span (i.e metal shed style)
Blocks and mortar is cheaper on the long term.
