Any Fitness instructors on here?
My f o o t b a l l team are looking for someone to take indoor sessions.
We can sort out and put the guys through circuits etc ourselves, so looking for something inventive.

It's foot ball FFS. How difficult can it be? Surely the training is as follow....
1. Run.
2. get foot ball
3. Kick it at the goal.
(You didn't seriously think you could make a post like that on a Friday with out getting slagged did you?)

Exactly - I can sort out decent sessions aimed solely at the game myself.
Want something in that is completely different.
Body Pump class, Boxercise, Some other sort of combat (Jujitsu etc)
Its a once a month sort of thing to keep peoples interest in training alive as the season enters the dark cold months.
PS - I didnt make the post today :)

Check out Crossfit (http://www.crossfit.com). There is a lot of good info on their site. They seem to produce useful results.
They opened a gym in Craigavon in September called elite400.co.uk (http://www.elite400.co.uk). I'm hoping to get stuck in there this autumn.

Would it be a paid position? I know alot of Army PTI's who are nothing but inventive,
Not neccesarily in a pain way they can do the fun stuff as well.
Plus for the most part they are students so would be on the cheap
