Not been out off-road in a few weeks and am in need of a fix - aiming to start at 9am, happy to swing by the gates at 10 as well...

Motivation has all but left me :( - I don't think I can bring myself to go out in the awful weather with a bike that needs a service to get plastered in cold wet mud. :o
HELP ME!!!

come on man it's only the first few hours that are the worst ;-)
you'll enjoy it once you are out there, although I think we may have to avoid the car wash as it is just a mud pool!!

Tis true and I know it but still the urge to remain dry and warm is strong!!!
I know you guys will be out so I'll see how things shape up for me tonight and decide later on.

As Yoda would say:-
"Once you start down the dark path, forever will it dominate your destiny, consume you it will."
give in not to the sofa and large mug of warm tea - get wet, cold and happy instead :D

I was in Davagh forest back in October with a few other boys from ballymena - we met up with Rick B. A few of us were thinking of taking a run over tomorrow morning. Could you give us directions from the small roundabout at the top of cookstown as we seemed to take a very long route last time (we ended up going round in circles for about an hour and a half).
Thanks

No probs.
From that roundabout coming in from Moneymore take right and follow that road (I think the signs are Churchtown/Lough Fea ).
When you have went out the road about a mile there is a sweeping bend to the right but a junction off straight in front of you. Take it and follow the road all the way up to a T-Junction (4 odd miles). Take right and after a few hundred yards you'll see a forest entrance on your left opposite a quarry.
