Just back from AE yesterday & it was crackin. the weather was class, so nice to be on trials when it is sunny & warm. Thought the trials were v fast. The highlights were the Edge, Bran Burn Bash & the Omage man.
There is a lot more trails being built while we were there. I would definetley be back
The adventure did not stop there. We had finished the trail & we were going to do another run of the Omage man, when we heard someone screaming there lungs out.
Some girl had overcooked on the table tops & bust her kneecap open. You could see the cartilidge it looked v messy it looked bad. She had no pads at all. Her 2 mates did know
what happened to her as they had were further down the trail and they had stopped to wait on her. Me & a mate had cycled down to call an ambulance & told them what had happened.
Couple of my mates stayed with her till the Ambulances came, ys as you can see from the pic how many vechiles arrived & the paramedic was there in minutes but t took time to get to her as she was halfway down the omega man
Pity the mobile recepton is crap up there.
I will definetly be back.
