hey guys im taking a bunch of rowers for a cycling session, they are very fit but novice riders, can anyone pm me info about the XC trails around rostrevor, or is it best just 2 stick to the fire roads? they do craigavon quite a bit but i want to take them for a 3 or 4 hour session in a climbing environment when im home from england for the halloween weekend. chris
