does anyone else find if your chain slips and you knee cap hits summat its excruciatingly sore? just did it and whole legs warm and very sore. Ouch.

nope, dislocating your knee cap on still hot and wet tarmac, and splitting the skin across it, letting wet tarmac into the wound is the worst ;)

anyways, used to smash the knees all the time on the trials bike when the chain snapped

was on the bmx years ago and done the pretty standard "ice pick" messed it up fell back and split my tail bone, now that was sore

I had a wee fall on Sunday at the winter series and broke my wrist. Its pretty damn sore at the mo.

My most painful crash was when i dislocated my ankle, i screamed like an xc mincer i did.
I can still feel it sometimes a year and a half later
