Might Cycle this one. I've lost rebound and lockout on my shock, its a bit like a spring I guess. Trail oh so nearly cleared though.

As promised getting back to you as to whether I'll be out or not. My kids have got more kids sleeping over for the night so I may have to keep an eye on some of them in the morning cause Gail will be out for a while. Will keep you posted if I can make it though. :)

oh man that can't be good - your head will be spinning and you will definitely need some fresh forest air to cure it - take Dr Ben's advice ;-)

To be honest I dont think this weeks a go-er. Too much to take care of as I've been out the last two nights, out tonight and got an early start tomorrow plus still have to finish the patio (need to cut a lot of bricks into funny shapes) and then have to get my head together for Bible Class on Sunday morning. It's just mounting up a bit too much I feel. :o
I dont see any reason why I cant be out next week though as things are definately getting closer to normal :D

i was on a tight schedule so only hung around the gates until 10.05 then had a couple of quick laps....
did you ehad to the mountain with the other lads or did you head to the forest??
